CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATES:

1. Current (2021-22) membership in CSNO
2. Current employment as a school nurse
3. Application and one letter of recommendation must be completed and postmarked by November 1, 2021 to be considered for CSNO State Conference 2022

 
AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP:
One scholarship is available for a CSNOSS school nurse member to attend the CSNO State Conference in 2022.  The conference will be held in Monterey, CA, more information HERE. The scholarship is for conference registration only and can only be utilized as a reimbursement source.  The selected candidate must pre-register and attend the conference to fully qualify for reimbursement.  After attending, please submit the registration receipt with a copy of your CH hours to the CSNOSS Treasurer for reimbursement. 
     
DEADLINE:  The application and a letter of recommendation must be postmarked no later than November 1, 2021. The winner will be selected by committee and will be notified before the conference.
